Full Stack Java Developer - FX - Investment Banking

Our Investment Banking client is looking to hire a Full Stack Java Developer to work within a Front Office environment to help support the Ultra-Low Latency FX Trading team.

You will be working with large amounts of data to support the Algo Trading teams and UI Dashboards on a globally distributed infrastructure. You will also be creating frameworks to integrate with KDB databases to support individual traders reporting needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone outside of a Front Office environment to move into this space as no prior experience is required - JVM/Threading however are a necessity.

Key Requirements:

• Full Stack Java Developer - familiarity with modern UI's such as Angular or React
• Good strong knowledge of Java JVM
• Knowledge of Multi-threaded systems
• Experience working with lots of data
• Any Python would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills
