Full Stack Java Technical Lead - Financial Services - Digital Transformation

Our client, a leading financial services provider are currently undergoing a Digital Transformation build out and are looking to hire a Lead Full Stack Java Engineer to manage squads in both the design and development of the project as it is rolled out.

This is a hands on role using Java on the backend with React.js on the UI on a microservices architecture.

Candidates will be expected to have come from a leadership background in previous roles and ideally have a good understanding of the financial services industry, particularly banking.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have strong design skills and have worked on previous projects from the ground up.

Key Skills:

• Full Stack Technical Skills - Java, React.js
• Strong experience with Microservices and Design Patterns
• Previous experience in a leadership role is required
• Evidence of previous project builds in CV is required
• Managing DevOps principles and pipelines
• Longevity in career history
• Strong communication skills
