Front-office eFX Technical Support Analyst required for an Investment Bank based in London (city) on a Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an FX, eCommerce environment with another Bank or financial institution and be comfortable in supporting a busy FX desk in a technical capacity.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support of e-commerce applications
• Managing and resolving technical incidents on a fast-paced, front office FX/MM e-trading desk
• Disaster recovery and planning and execution
• Document system changes

Experience required:

• Domain knowledge in FX Trading and Operations
• Understanding of ITIL principles and processes
• Unix experience
• SQL querying and scripting
• Front Office experience
