Project Manager - Human Resources - Financial Services

My client is currently looking to hire a Human Resources-focused Project Manager with proven experience understanding and analysing people data. Alongside other project management duties, this role will be responsible for HR strategy, developing and representing the aims and objectives of the change management plan.

They are looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering on complex transformation project management, especially within the remit of HR and people data.

Duties will include:

• Planning and delivering on complex projects, identifying possible risks and providing solutions.
• Monitoring delivery, providing status reports and ensuring financial and key milestones are on track.
• High level stakeholder negotiation.
• Helping to build the team and forge strong relationships, aiding in the recruitment of key team members.

Ideally you will have:

• A strong background in HR Transformation and analysis of people data.
• Corporate experience working as a Project Manager on complex transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, HRIS or Success Factors.
• Excellent communication skills and good experience working with key stakeholders at all levels.

*Previous experience working in Financial Services is not required. However, any experience using the platform Anaplan would be especially beneficial.

Based out of their offices in London, they have a flexible approach to hybrid working and aim to be in the office as a team 2-3 days per week.
