My client, a Leading Bank, are looking for a Lead Business Analyst/Consultant to join an advisory team that works across all business areas and change functions.

You would be working with multiple teams as an SME advising on existing automation capabilities and potential opportunities within the Bank. This could also include assisting with new designs to resolve issues or complete redesign of an end-to-end journey.

You will also provide consultation to drive change across the bank, advising on changes in customer behaviour, heavily influencing the strategy and roadmap of automation projects over the next 5 years.

This is a huge opportunity to work across the entire group, shape the strategy and influence budgets across the business for years to come.

Candidates will need:

• Strong Requirement and information gathering
• Previous experience working on large scale transformation programmes
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Previous experience advising on automation opportunities across multiple business lines
• Previous Banking experience is required (Markets, Retail or Commercial)
• Any experience with automation tools such as RPA or Machine Learning would be highly beneficial but not essential
