Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking for a Lead C#/C++ Developer to join and lead a Front Office team of 10 developers.

The role will involve working on their FX Options Pricing and Risk platform closely alongside the Quant team. Whilst the role is a Lead position it is still heavily technical, remaining hands on coding roughly 50% of the time with the rest being management of projects, stakeholders and team leadership.

It's a really exciting role as there's a lot of interesting work on growth of eBooks on the Options side as well as leading projects classified as Tier 1 or Business Critical to the Bank.

Candidates will need:

• Excellent C# or C++ Development skills
• Formal (Preferably) or Informal Lead experience
• Good business knowledge of FX Options Pricing
• An understanding of DevOps tools/processes is preferable
• Front Office facing with strong communication skills
