Our client, a reputable name in the financial services space, is looking to hire a MAC Engineer to provide first-class support for their Apple estate. This is an initial 12-month contract role ideal for someone with a background in Service Desk support who's confident troubleshooting macOS, Apple hardware, and enterprise tools.

You will need to provide hands-on technical support, improve processes, mentor colleagues, and be the go-to expert for any MAC-related issues across the business.

Experience with JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 is highly desirable, along with strong customer service skills.

This is a PAYE contract going through an umbrella company. The rate quoted is the umbrella rate. The organisation operate a hybrid working set-up - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days working form home.
