Scala Developer - Risk - Investment Banking

Our client, a London based Investment Bank are currently looking to hire a Scala Developer to work within its big data team. This team works works within the Risk department, developing software that allows the bank to make well-assessed trading decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Scala Skills
• Knowledge of the whole Hadoop Ecosystem
• Knowledge of Akka
• Experience working with Spark

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Risk
• Some scripting knowledge of Python
• Experience working with Azure
