Digital Product Manager - Wealth Discovery / Customer Experience - Wealth Management
Our client a Global Wealth Manager is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager with a strong Customer Experience background to work on a Global Wealth Discovery programme.
The vision is to improve the overall experience for Wealth customers by improving their ability to access information on a range of areas from; growing their investments to Life Insurance, Retirement Plans or Savings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking at the existing propositions, working with both internal and external stakeholders, focus groups and analytics teams and taking ownership of their evolution into more manageable and easily accessible digital experiences. This will include looking to improve the Account Locational Strategy, providing new insights to upgrade their News portal and a comprehensive Financial Health Check.
Candidates must have:
- A strong Digital Product Manager background
- A proven track record in the delivery of end to end customer experience of Digital products
- Experience in identifying areas of improvement to existing digital proposition
- Well versed in Digital discovery and design
- Strong experience in information structure and Google indexing, SEO and Web publishing technologies
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work in a global team
- A Wealth Management or Financial Services background is preferred but experienced Digital Product Managers with strong commercial product sales and digital native capabilities will also be considered
