Front-office eFX Technical Support Analyst required for an Investment Bank based in London (city) on a Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an FX, eCommerce environment with another Bank or financial institution and be comfortable in supporting a busy FX desk in a technical capacity.
- Provide 2nd line support of e-commerce applications
- Managing and resolving technical incidents on a fast-paced, front office FX/MM e-trading desk
- Disaster recovery and planning and execution
- Document system changes
- Domain knowledge in FX Trading and Operations
- Understanding of ITIL principles and processes
- Unix experience
- SQL querying and scripting
- Front Office experience
