Voice Technical Specialist - Banking
Our client, an established City based Bank, requires a Voice Specialist to join their growing Communication team. The aim of the role is to lead the banks' voice services estate and work to deliver services globally. This role involve the documentation, design and definition of strategy across the organisation.
This role is heavily technical and candidates must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously as well as demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong commercial knowledge of the Cisco CM platform
- Experience in an environment that includes; ARC, UCCX or UCCE contact centre solutions
- Experience of voice recording, preferably Redbox
- Experience of Cisco Jabber deployment would be highly advantageous
