I'm Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vertus Partners, a boutique Technology and Financial Services recruitment consultancy delivering talent to some of the world’s leading Banks, Asset Managers, FinTechs and Start-ups.

When we launched Vertus we had a clear vision; to be recognised for our market leading service, undertaken with a values based approach. Since then we've fast developed a reputation as a top supplier and trusted partner to our clients, and more importantly we identify life changing opportunities for our candidates.

With over 20 years of industry experience, I’m not only a specialist in our sector but also a champion for diversity and inclusion, working with our clients to build balanced teams and achieve meaningful, sustainable results.

Outside of work I spend my time Tower Running (yes, running up the stairs of tall buildings is a thing!), competing at an elite level as part of the Vertical World Circuit and supporting a variety of good causes in UK based charity climbs.
