Analyst Developer - Fixed Income - Contract

A leading Buyside firm are looking to expand their Data team, working closely with Front and Middle Office teams to enhance their data management and reporting platforms.

You'd be working with Python, SQL and ETL tooling, as well as implementing new technology such as Kubernetes, Azure and infrastructure tooling.

Your responsibilities would primarily be around the architecture of the data management platforms, as well as relationship management with the business and translating requirements.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has a very strong background in either Python or Java.
• Has a deep understanding of advanced SQL procedures.
• Has experience working with legacy ETL tooling and transforming it.
• Has experience working with trading teams within Finance.
• Has experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Has good financial product knowledge across any asset class.
