My client, a reputable financial services company, is looking to hire a front office Application Support Analyst to join their team in London. This small team support the client's OMS and EMS, so it will be important that the right Application Support Analyst ensure that these systems are running smoothly and that the business and other users are provided with an outstanding level of technical support.
You will initially be supporting their Charles River system but there might be the need to also support some risk systems as well as their equity trading platform.
To be right for this, you need to have the following skill set:
- Strong Technical Support experience within the OMS space. Previous Charles River experience is preferred but they are willing to consider other OMS's and EMS's such as Trading Screen, Fidessa etc…). You must however have experience supporting at least one.
- Good knowledge across the following technical skill set:
- Sql Server
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a track record in building a rapport with the front office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known and highly regarded Support team within the financial services space. You will be on a shift pattern covering 8.5 hours per day between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
