Test Automation Manager - Equities/Equity Algo/Electronic Banking - Investment Banking

Our client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager with excellent communication skills to drive forward and manage the Automation strategy in their Cash Equities Division. This role will involve a hands on management approach to their bespoke Automation Framework as well as managing large teams in multiple locations in order to ensure the Automation delivery is at the required standard. It's a great opportunity to work in one of the world's most technically advanced banking areas and in close collaboration with the Front Office.

Candidates will require:

• Hands on Test Automation experience
• Strong track record in Electronic, Equity/Algorithmic, Cash Equities Trading is essential
• Back-End testing experience
• Track record of developing automation frameworks using Java
• Experience managing teams with complex workloads
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills
