Business Analyst - E2E Credit Workflow, Lending - Commercial Banking

My client, a Global Bank is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a long term E2E Credit Programme. The project will involve the roll out of the new Credit Workflow Tool, a workflow application built to offer a more streamlined and standardised process and improve overall customer experience across 40 countries globally within Commercial Banking. The role will require the E2E project delivery from initial project scope and requirement gathering, creating user stories and defining use cases through to business process design and defining the Target Operating Model.

Candidates must have:

• Strong Business Analysis skills
• Experience working on similar projects within Corporate, Retail or Commercial Banking
• Strong experience of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be', business process models, business process design and Target Operating Models
• Previous Lending experience
• Strong Agile methodologies background and creating user stories
• Previous experience with Workflow Tools such as: Blueworks Live, IBM BPS or Pega
• Senior stakeholder management
• Previous experience working with globally distributed teams; on and offshore
• Demonstrable experience working on E2E global programme
