Business Analyst - E2E Lending Workflow - Commercial Banking

My client, a Global Bank is looking for a Business Analyst to work on a long term E2E Lending Transformation Programme within their Commercial banking business. The project will involve the roll out of a new Credit Workflow Tool, a workflow application built to offer a more streamlined and standardised process and improve overall customer experience across 40 countries globally. The role will require the E2E project delivery from initial project scope and requirement gathering, creating user stories and defining use cases through to business process design and defining the Target Operating Model.

Candidates must have:

• Strong Business Analysis skills
• Previous Commercial or Retail Lending experience
• Strong experience of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be', business process models, business process design and Target Operating Models
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and creating user stories
• Previous experience with Workflow Tools such as: Blueworks Live, IBM BPS or Pega
• Senior stakeholder management
• Previous experience working with globally distributed teams; on and offshore
• Demonstrable experience working on large global programmes
