One of my clients, a well-established and highly reputed financial institution is looking to hire a Business Analyst on a contract-basis, to deliver IT change and drive performance optimisation.

You will be part of a key function that reviews processes and comes up with solutions on how to deliver the service in a faster and safer way.

Key skills:

• Proven track record of delivering IT change.
• Prior experience of reengineering and streamlining / improving processes.
• The knowledge of legal and compliance to support with governance throughout the process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to engage and negotiate with high-level stakeholders.

Ideally you will be based in either Leeds, Copley, Halifax or Cardiff and although they have very flexible hybrid working options, you will need to go into the office when required.

Initially a six-month contract.
