Business Analyst - London/Bristol - Banking

One of my clients, a reputable Bank, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to work on a large-scale cloud project that is expected to run for at least two years.

You will be the lone BA on a portfolio of projects and be expected to gather and flesh out requirements for 7-8 existing projects within the programme as well as for future projects, coordinating with both the business and IT to ensure they have everything in line when it comes to Governance approach engagement. You will sit beside Project Managers and business to lead workshops, work through user stories and refresh these user stories whilst understand what new requirements there are.

To be right for this role, you will ideally have the following:

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on change and IT programmes within another Bank.
• Experience gathering requirements for large scale projects
• Previous experience in setting up governance around IT and Change projects.
• It would be massively advantageous if you had any experience working on a cloud project.
• Experience working within an Agile Delivery Model

Please note that this is a 20-week PAYE contract working through an Umbrella company (rate advertised is the Umbrella rate). The programme is expected to last way beyond 2023 so there is definite room for multiple renewals. You will be expected to be in the office 1 day a week, with the rest of the time being remote.
