What is the opportunity?

My client, a prestigious Banking organisation based in the City of London, is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join an area in the Bank that places a strong focus on stakeholder management and delivering business solutions.

You will need to be someone who has a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships, ideally across geographical locations, and someone who has performed both BA and PM roles across the delivery of key, strategic projects.

The client stresses that this isn't a fully-fledged IT BA/PM role but more a role that balances this with a relationship management position (i.e. someone who can sit with the business and articulate what is needed from a business perspective, offering tangible business solutions as opposed to just IT). It is therefore essential that you qualify where and how you have worked with teams from the business and, in doing so, what solutions you were able to offer and implement.

Other key requirements for this role are as follows:

• CRM Dynamics implementation experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Business process knowledge across financial services
