Business Manager - Investment Banking - London

Our client a Global Bank is looking to hire an experienced Business Manager / Chief of Staff to provide oversight and support for all strategic project planning and delivery across a centralised business management function in its IT business.

Candidates must have:

• Strong track record in a Business Manager or COO or Chief of Staff function role in a complex Investment Banking environment
• Strong Financial Management background and understanding of cost based drivers
• Expertise in budgets and forecasting
• Strong Resource Management background to contribute towards workforce strategy
• Strong customer focus with a desire to provide high standards across all business lines
• Accountancy background would be beneficial but not essential
• Familiarity with MS Project and Clarity
