C#/Java Developer - FX - Investment Banking

Our client, a City based Bank is looking to hire an experienced server side C#/Java Developer for a long term programme of work across its Front Office FX Business.

The role will involve working on the design and development of a complex server infrastructure for internal FX Trading Tools used by the traders. The continued growth of the business means that there is a need for high level technologists to work on projects focused on scalability and improving performance.

Candidates will need:

• Expert level core server side C# skills
• Strong Java knowledge
• OO design and development
• Expert level experience with multi-threading principles.
• Successful delivery of enterprise distributed systems
• Must have previous experience working on trader facing systems
• FX experience is beneficial
• Other front office asset class will be considered
