C++ Developer - Technology Firm - West Midlands

Our client a technology company based in the West Midlands are looking for an experienced C++ developer to join their team.

You will play a key part in driving out large scale projects with the opportunity to really make a name for yourself in a global company.

You will be working on a variety of technically challenging and engaging projects using C++. You will be a problem solver and take full ownership of problems and work them through from end to end.

Main responsibilities will include:

-Testing and maintaining code with a focus on test driven development

-Using new technologies in order to achieve the best outcome

-A heavy focus on object oriented development, particularly C++

Skills required:

-Experienced software engineer with excellent knowledge of C++

-Experience using Linux and Agile methodologies

-Knowledge of debugging multi-threaded applications and design patterns

-Previous exposure to automated testing

-Familiarity with real-time programming
