Conversation Specialist / Digital Content Specialist / UX Writer - Financial Services - Contract - UK (various locations - can even be fully remote)

I am recruiting for an experienced UX Writer to join a well-reputed and successful organisation within financial services. You will be working alongside the design and delivery team, creating new content and working on multiple different customer journeys including updates to their chat bots and virtual assistant chat methods.

One of the main duties of this role is to work closely with stakeholders, making sure all relevant parties are satisfied and get their message across in the right way.

This is a key role, and you will be central to the success of each new customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience writing compelling content in a fast-paced corporate environment (preferably within financial services).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to negotiate and help reach a compromise.
• Knowledge of Figma would be a bonus.

Please note this is a PAYE contract via an Umbrella Company.
