CRM Business Analyst - Commercial Banking

Our major global Banking client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a CRM background to work on a long term change project. The aim of the project is complete the client data transfer from the existing system on to the recently upgraded strategic platform. The role will involve liaising directly with users and senior stakeholders to capture requirements and collaborating with Data and Analytics teams to help facilitate this high profile and complex migration. You must have a desire to understand business problems and to evaluate the results of your work within a business context.

Candidates must have:

· An extensive Business Analysis background

· Experience of working in a similar Business Change function

· Demonstrable experience working on similar Data Migration projects within a Banking environment

· Experience with CRM Frameworks, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
