Customer Experience Design Lead (CX Lead) - Financial Services - Contract - Edinburgh (very flexible hybrid working)

Our client, a leading name within Financial Services, is currently looking for an experienced CX Designer or Customer Experience Lead to join them in their Edinburgh-based offices.

This role is designed to hone every part of the customer journey, working on end-to-end projects to ensure that the experience is always customer-centric and accessible to all.

You will be leading a team and part of this role is to act as someone who can motivate others, build key relationships and inspire creativity in others.

Duties will include:

• Leading on the strategy of design across services with a focus on customer experience.
• Working together with research teams to understand what needs to be improved.
• Working collaboratively with Designers and stakeholders of all levels to plan future design strategies.
• Acting as a mentor for less experienced Customer Experience Designers and driving team value.
