My client, a leading Investment Management firm, is looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their Production Servicers team who focus on key fixes and defect management across their Investment and Fund Management teams. The immediate pipeline of work will be supporting the Asset Risk Control Platform, while simultaneously supporting other projects and it will have some aspects of Business Analysis and improving other process.

Please be aware that this is an IT Support role - not a Developer role. My client will only accept CV's from a Support background.

The team's speciality is ETL Support for their data warehousing space, so the candidate must have:

• Strong use of ETL Tools - preferably Informatica
• Experience using Oracle PL/SQL
• ITIL Certification is advantageous
• Financial Services experience is desirable
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments
