Great opportunity to work in a Greenfield CDO for a leading investment bank.

This is a new team and is a great opportunity to work in a greenfield environment rather than an existing BAU environment.

Prospective candidates MUST have BCBS239 or ELC35

 

Tasks

Data Governance Management ensures data assets are consumed, managed and governed.

You will lead data management and data governance activities, ensuring this data practices comply with regulations of all geographies under remit.

You will develop, manage and maintain data standards, policies and methodologies

You will develop, manage and ensure data tools and templates are fitting for business needs and comply with regulations

You will work with internal stakeholders to determine business needs in the areas of data maintenance, data governance and data architecture.

You will manage governance for working groups and decision making forums along with external service providers

 

Prior experience:

 

Experience of delivering aspects of Data Governance ( RTB/CTB)

Experience of delivering Data Quality Reporting or Remediation.

Experience in operating in high pressured environments with demanding deliverables in tight timescales.

Experiences with dealing with multiple customers and stakeholders with different expectations and requirements

Excellent communication skills with experience of gathering, documenting and presenting information

Strong team worker who is flexible and capable of working independently where required

Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries.

High attention to detail with ability to understand and assess complex and large volumes of information

Experience with any profiling tool is essential

Advanced Microsoft Office skills including excellent Powerpoint skills
