What is the opportunity?

One of my clients, an exciting, established FinTech with a global presence, is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join their small DevOps team based in London. You will play a key role in ensuring the systems used by cross-functional onsite teams are fully secure and that tools are kept up-to-date. You'll also have a big say in what new tools will be introduced to improve the existing environment as well as spearheading the deployment of new products from an infrastructure perspective.

They've just opened up beautiful brand-new offices in London (City) and are in a period of steady growth across the organisation. Their product is now in its implementation phase across a host of both big and small financial organisations and they promote a relaxed working environment (casual dress-code/social events).

What will you need?

To be right for this role, you will be an existing Engineer ideally with a Computer Science degree looking for an innovative company where you can make an impact. They currently run on a Linux (Ubuntu) cloud estate but are looking for someone to help them increase their footprint from a tools perspective. However, you must have a good grasp of the following tech stack and have a proven track record in working in an innovative software firm or another financial services company:

• Linux
• TeamCity
• Cisco
• Azure
• Ansible
• Shell scripting
