Digital Business Analyst – Digital Banking – London

Our retail banking client is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to work a large scale programme to innovate and enhance their suite of digital banking products.

The role will involve working closely with creative UX & UI Design teams to create user stories and design non functional requirements to improve usability for new and existing customers.

Candidates will need:

• Previous experience working on customer facing Digital products
• Strong background working on Digital Retail Banking products
• Strong experience of Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
• Experience of a range of requirements gathering techniques, (including workshops, interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, user observation etc)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Good problem-solving skills with a creative and flexible approach
• Strong communicator with ability to influence and solve problems
