Digital Product Owner - London

My client is looking for a Product Manager to join their Digital team to help enhance the customer journey and overall experience.

This role plays a crucial part in providing a great customer experience from a digital perspective, mapping out, creating and implementing the digital customer journey. The successful candidate will define the vision for the digital customer experience through prototypes, market trends and user feedback. Working as part of the Digital Experience Team you will liaise with the Transformation Team to create the roadmap for the future of Digital Experience.

Candidates will need:

• Experience in Product Management/Ownership or Digital Analysis
• A proven background within the Digital space with a strong focus on customer experience and journey mapping
• Experience in high traffic environments would be advantageous
• Solid understanding of UI/UX
• A good approach to delivery which focusses on the outcome for the customer
• Ability to face off to senior stakeholders
