Front End Web Developer - React / Angular - Banking - London

An established Global Bank is looking for an experienced Front End Developer to deliver a GUI for a Front Office application.

Candidates must have:

• Proven experience developing web based front ends preferably in either Angular, KnockoutJS or React
• Banking/financial services experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent UI development background using JavaScript/HTML5
• Passion for User Interface design and development
• React and Angular experience desirable
• Some Java working knowledge integrating back end/microservices is preferred but not essential

The role will involve playing a key part in the development and enhancement of a new UI using React, Knockout and some Angular, adding new functionalities and using Test Driven Development. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting project within a front office team building a web based front end, using object orientated, solid design principals, following an Agile approach.
