Full Stack Developer (Java / HTML5) - Front Office eTrading - Banking

Our client, an established City based Bank, is looking to hire an experienced full stack Java Developer onto a Greenfield project within its eCommerce Business.

The business is currently building a new sales and trade entry workflow application for its FX and Fixed Income business using Java and HTML5 and need to add an experienced developer to help design and build front to back functionality. The current UI is built using Angular and there may be some scope to move towards React in the coming months.

Candidates will need:

• Expert Java engineering background (including Java 8).
• Strong commercial experience developing production ready rich front ends in AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Strong multi-threading, concurrency, garbage collection.
• Demonstrable experience working on and delivering large scale development projects within ideally within Financial Markets but this isn't essential

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Full Stack Developers to get into a long term banking project.
