Full Stack Developer (Java / Spring Boot / ReactJS) - Front Office eTrading - Banking

Our client, an established City based Bank, is looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Java Developer onto a Greenfield project within its eCommerce Business.

The business is currently building a new sales and trade entry workflow application for its FX and Fixed Income business using Java and ReactJS on a Micro Services based architecture and need to add an experienced developer to help design and build front to back functionality.

Candidates will need:

• Expert Java engineering background (including Java 8).
• Strong Micro Services experience (Spring Boot)
• Strong commercial experience developing production ready rich front ends using ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Strong multi-threading, concurrency, garbage collection.
• Demonstrable experience working on and delivering large scale development projects within FX or Fixed Income.
• Strong TDD, and Unit and Integration Testing
• Any experience with Functional programming languages such as Scala/Kotlin would be beneficial but not essential
• Specific RFQ experience is ideal but a Java/Micro Services & JavaScript background working in a similar Trading, Pricing or Risk Management domain may also be considered.
