Experienced Project Manager (PM) with deep SME in FX required to support the technology team on an FX ecommerce platform.

The project will involve ongoing work around Reg, MIFID II, SRP (Structural Reform programme) and Brexit, our client also has funding for lots of new initiatives this year as part of their FX growth initiative.

The roles are working on their ecommerce platform and they want to invest in improving the system, looking at performance, adding new functionality in order to make sure it remains a world leading system and they retain clients.

The platform covers all areas of FX so IB, Wealth, Corporate and FX Options and the team is currently 80 people in London.

As a team they are continually trying to evolve the system and their processes and they have been automating their build, release and deployment.

The role will involve management of the delivery of the platform FX enhancements including risk and issue management and status reporting.

You will work closely with business users from front office, operations, risk and product control to deliver solutions and not just taking requests at face value.

You will be able to develop designs for creative and practical automated solutions to meet the requirements, documented in the form of functional specifications.

You will closely with developers, test team and delivery managers to develop the design and ensure the developed software meets the requirements

You must be able to comprehend complex systems with many moving parts and analyse large volumes of trades to draw conclusions and produce rationalised solutions.

Candidates must understand the functionality provided by a front-to-back FX eCommerce trading system.

You will assist in all relevant stages of the Project's lifecycle and define comprehensive documentation, including project plan/ milestones, business requirements, process flow diagrams and management/ project status reporting
