Incident Manager - London - Financial Services

I'm currently partnered with a global financial services firm who are looking to hire an early member for their Incident Response team where you'll sit within the security function and play a critical role in safeguarding their infrastructure and applications.

You'll have the opportunity to shape and lead a small team influencing how they manage their most critical incidents whilst driving initiatives across Incident & Crisis Management, Post Incident Reviews, process improvement and Governance & Compliance frameworks to ensure resilience.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Incident & Crisis Management, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments (financial services experience would be highly advantageous).
• A track record of handling high-severity incidents and leading stakeholders through pressure situations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with previous experience managing small teams.
• A proactive approach to process improvement, governance, and compliance.
• Familiarity wit ITSM tools
