Infrastructure Project Manager: Cloud: Delivery Manager: Application: Infrastructure: Banking

One of my clients, a reputable name in the Banking sector, is looking to hire an Infrastructure Project Manager to play a key role on several cloud and containerisation projects. As the organisation moves more towards a cloud environment, the need for Infrastructure Project Managers that have delivered on large, transformational cloud projects.

This role will be heavily focussed on managing the overall build of infrastructure designs, liaising with engineers and being the go-to for any infrastructure-based challenges that may arise.

To be right for this, our client would like to see a proven track record in the following:

• Previous experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager spearheading key, end-to-end infrastructure IT projects worth £2m+.
• Experience in overseeing/managing design, build, route to live and implementation of major infrastructure IT projects within the Banking & Cloud space.
• Experience of delivering/managing big application infrastructure projects.

This is a unique role with plenty of room for extensions and a book of work that will give you diversity and a genuine chance to work on business-critical programmes of work. The Bank operates a mostly remote working policy, although you might need to be in a day or two a week in the future.

Please note that this is a PAYE contract going through an umbrella company. The rate quoted is the umbrella rate.
