IT Service Management: Outsourcing: Application Management: Financial Services: ITIL

My client, a leading financial services firm based in London, is looking to hire an experienced IT Service Transition Manager to help support their Systems & Development team in spearheading a major outsourcing programme. The right IT Service Manager must have proven previous experience in transitioning an IT Service to an outsourced model. You must also have knowledge of ServiceNow.

It is essential you come from a project-focussed, IT background and that your experience is focussed on Service Management from an Application Management perspective and not from an Infrastructure one. The experience in projects focussed on outsourcing is also imperative. You must also have experience working in financial services to be considered for this role.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a view to extending a further 6 months.
