Java Developer (Java / ReactJS) - Digital Banking

Our client, a Global Bank, is looking to hire an experienced Java Developer ideally with front end skills to work on a large scale development project within its Digital Banking offering.

The business currently has a large pipeline of work and requires an experienced developer to help design, build and deliver front to back functionality.

Candidates will need:

• Expert Java engineering background (including Java 8)
• Strong multi-threading, concurrency, garbage collection
• Good understanding of Micro Services (Spring Boot)
• Strong TDD, Unit and Integration Testing
• Experience working with Maven/Jenkins, REST/SOAP, automation tools
• Strong commercial experience developing production ready rich front ends using ReactJS or Angular would be beneficial
• A Financial Services background would be preferred by isn't essential.
