Java Developer - Rates Trading - Glasgow - Investment Banking

Our client, a global Investment Bank, are looking for a hands on Core Java Developer to join a Greenfield project in their Rates eTrading development team.

This role will see you liaise constantly with the Front Office team in London, collecting requirements directly from key stakeholders.

This role is based in Glasgow and will only require 1-2 days in the office.

Key requirements:

• Excellent Core Java
• Good knowledge of multi-threading
• Good knowledge of JVM
• Exceptional communications skills

This is the ideal role for someone who wants to work with Front Office, low latency trading systems without any prior knowledge.
