A forward-thinking fintech company is seeking an experienced Back-End Java Engineer to drive the development of innovative payment solutions and subscription platforms. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in shaping systems that handle high-volume financial transactions, streamline customer onboarding, and ensure a seamless user experience across scalable, cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of payment gateways, subscription management systems, and customer onboarding workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate payment and subscription requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimize backend processes to ensure efficient transaction handling, secure payment flows, and smooth customer onboarding experiences.
  • Engage in discussions on cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and other tools to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced Java Engineer with a strong background in backend development, familiar with Spring Boot and modern Java versions.
  • Proven ability to design and implement systems for payments, subscriptions, or related financial services.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical work with payment and onboarding strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS) and containerization (Kubernetes).
  • Previous experience in a fintech environment, particularly in payments or subscription services, is highly desirable.
