Are you an experienced Technical Lead looking for your next challenge in the Banking space?

Our client are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to run a feature team across the Faster Payments space.

You will be responsible for all elements of the SDLC including building out solutions on AWS, implementing TDD and other modern practices, as well as getting the opportunity to work with generative AI.

Key Requirements:

• Skilled in leadership, mentoring, and coaching, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
• Hands on experience with Java 17, and proficiency in technologies like Kafka, Microservices, and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated expertise in leading software engineering teams that emphasize TDD, DevOps, and AWS development practices.
• Successful track record in managing feature teams within large-scale agile environments.
• Devoted to fostering technological advancements and maintaining a commitment to ongoing growth.
