Key requirements:

Experience as a Tech Lead

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java 8+ and Microservices

Hands-on development experience with JavaScript Frameworks like ReactJs, Redux, Flux, Redux thunk

Nice to haves:

A Strong educational Background, Preferably a computer Science Degree

Experience with Cloud Deployment
