Lead Java Developer - FX / Cloud - Investment Banking

Our client, a Global Bank, is looking for an experienced Java Developer to lead the redevelopment and cloud migration of a critical application.

You will play a key role in delivering payment and FX solutions across the bank as well as leading the re-design & development of the application whilst also planning and executing the migration to the new public cloud eco-system.

Candidates will need:

• Expert Java engineering background
• Strong recent experience developing Microservices based applications in a Cloud environment (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
• Experience of working with Docker, CI/CD
• Previous Technical Lead experience
• Experience working with and deploying to AWS or GCP
