Lead UX/UI Designer - permanent - fully remote

I am currently recruiting for a Lead UX/UI Designer for one of my clients who are experiencing rapid growth. Working on a number of projects from initial stages to delivery, this role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious self-starter who is looking to join a forward-thinking and dynamic company.

Essentially, your role will be to help expand and motivate the UX Design team, acting as a mentor to more junior members and using your influence and experience to drive growth. You will also be liaising with stakeholders to capture requirements and effectively communicate the thought-processes behind the design concepts.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Senior UX/UI Designer, ideally with some prior experience of leadership.
• An adept user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD).
• A highly skilled communicator, able to interpret and advise on strategy and quality.
