If you are a Network Engineering Team Lead who wants a new challenge this year, we have a fantastic role for you. It's to work at a reputable financial services firm that specialise in the high-frequency trading space, and it is to come in and be their London team lead in a hands-on capacity.

The team you will look after mostly take care of any BAU work within the Network Engineering space, but there will also be project work that you can take on and assign to others, particularly around the low-latency space and building connectivity around the cloud.

You will have regular contact with a global networks team with counterparts in other locations, and be expected to spearhead the London efforts to ensure that network infrastructure in the firm is designed, supported and managed to a very high standard.

• To be considered for this, you need to have a background in the following:
• Network Engineering experience in the low latency/high frequency trading arena.
• Previous experience leading a team of network engineers.
• Good hands-on experience on both project and BAU tasks within the network engineering field.
• Strong tech skills around the likes of switching, routing and cloud platforms.

This is a hybrid working role, and you will be expected to be in their London location 2-3 times a week. The salary for this role is around the £140,000 mark.
