PMO Analyst - Global FinTech

My client, a global FinTech, are looking for an experienced, well organised PMO Analyst with good attention to detail. The role will include general PMO duties such as upwards reporting, logging/tracking actions, helping technical teams organise their workload, tracking project plans, looking at risks/issues and updating accordingly, as well as assisting the Tech COO in their everyday activities. My client needs a strong, hands-on individual who can action tasks efficiently whilst working in an agile environment.

Key skills required:

• Ability to collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders
• Previous PMO experience
• Jira experience would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, producing quality materials for presentation to senior management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project status reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
