PMO; Banking; Front Office: Change; Markets

One of our reputable Banking clients are looking to hire a Permanent PMO to work as part of a large, front office, delivery-focussed team. This area sits in a busy change-focussed division that covers portfolio management planning, PMO, strategy and Project Management.

The team wants someone who has previous experience as a PMO in a busy, fast-paced Banking environment. Someone who can speak to Front Office stakeholders and PM's from the day they get there with confidence.

Other requirements for the role are:

• Some one who has a proven track record in planning reporting, managing reporting and governance.
• Previous tangible experience sitting in a front office environment where they have worked hard to challenge teams if milestones are not being hit etc.
• Previous exposure to change management principles in Banking.
• More keen on people with front office change experience than those who come from a regulatory background.
