PMO - Forecasting - Business Manager - Financial Services

What is the opportunity?

Our client, a reputable Banking organisation, is looking to hire a PMO to join one of its busy financial markets teams in their London office focussing on financial management. The require a PMO who can support all operational activities and improve/develop the teams' working operational practices on a multi-million-pound portfolio.

What will you do?

• Help manage governance finance capabilities on a high-profile programme in both delivery and BAU phases.
• Checking budgets, actuals, timesheets invoices and transfers from various areas across the team.
• Work with various in-house teams to work out what will be the net spend across the area for the coming months.
• Sitting with stakeholders to assess proposed costs for coming quarters.

What do you need to succeed?

• A proven track record of working as a PMO on a finance-related project focussing on budgets and forecasting.
• Clarity experience.
• A background in working with programme managers and senior stakeholders.
