Product Engineer - Permanent - InsurTech - London

I am currently recruiting for an exciting start-up who are expanding rapidly with offices based in London but with a remote-first approach to working from home.

This is a fast-paced and innovative role with a focus on disruptive technologies and making a big impact in their industry, often building their own apps and platforms to come up with the best solutions.

What the role involves:

• Working closely with Developers to build new features.
• Understanding customer requirements and improving overall customer experience.
• Working closely with the Product Manager on end-to-end product releases.
• Focus on good product design.
• Data-led approach to building to future of insurance technology and using machine learning.

Skills required:

• Hands-on experience in the design of technological products.
• Understanding of how to work towards the best user experience.
• Experience of both B2B and B2C in the technology space.
• Prior use of Salesforce would be a bonus, but knowledge of any CRM would be useful.
